I have been taking Methylene Blue for a month now. I noticed a difference within 2 days of taking it, I have so much energy, I get up at 4.30am everyday to excercise and pre Methylene Blue if I worked late , the next day I would sleep in and now I don't feel the need. I also have been sleeping so much better ,I go to sleep quicker , If I do wake up during the night I fall back to sleep fast, I used to stay awake for hours. I wont be stopping this wonderful product.
