How should I take Methylene Blue?
Dilution is not required, but for better taste, we recommend mixing Methylene Blue with 50ml of juice or flavoured drink.

How do I store Methylene Blue?
Methylene Blue is a stable compound with a long shelf life. It should be stored in a dark, dry, and cool place, ideally between 15-20°C. Refrigeration is not required. The bottles are UV-protected to prolong shelf life and ensure safe transportation.
Even after opening, the bottle should still be kept in a dark place at room temperature for optimal longevity.
For convenience, a single dosage may be pre-mixed with juice or another drink of choice and stored in the refrigerator for later use. However, refrigeration is not necessary for the bottle itself or for consumption.
To ensure potency and safety, Methylene Blue should be consumed within two years of the purchase date.
