Serious interactions can occur with Methylene Blue and MAOIs, SSRIs, SNRIs, antidepressants, adrenalin and some muscle relaxants. Medications that affect dopamine or serotonin, should NOT be taken with Methylene Blue.
Check with your health care provider if a drug or supplement you are using may also be contraindicated with this nootropic.
Do not use Methylene Blue if you are: pregnant or breast-feeding, have any type of renal impairment or have a Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.
Some biohackers and Nootropic enthusiasts suggest CoQ-10 or idebenone can make Methylene Blue less effective.
Directions: Dilution is not required, but for better taste, we recommend mixing Methylene Blue with 50ml of juice or flavoured drink.

Mood stabiliser/brain fog clearer
After using this product for 3-4 weeks I can say that it does in fact do what is claimed. The purity seems legit as impure Methylene blue can contain Heavy metals. The fact I am still kicking with no side effects leads me to believe the product is of high quality. Effects: The anti-brain fog effect is very noticeable and as a result a higher ability to focus follows. As a regular person can’t confirm the anti-Parkinson’s claims but there is scientific literature out there. It does have a stimulating effect, so I only take a single dose in the morning. I found, when I first started it was difficult to sleep when taken in the evening. The half-life I read is 5-7hrs so this makes sense. Additionally, FYI 5-7 hrs after taking it you will have a singlur blue urination, but before and after I have had normal colour urine. Dosage: I weigh roughly 90 kgs and take ~0.8ml in the morning and have found I still feel the effects. This dosage is far less (~half) than the recommended dose of Blootropic. So maybe try experimenting? Again not a doctor Additionally due to the half life, several online/youtube pharmacists presentations I’ve watched recommend having 1 day off per week but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Finally, it tastes like ass so a chaser drink or mixing it with a berocca might be a good idea. Hope this helps!

3 weeks now of MB. No more depression, more energy, positive, appetite suppression, etc... lf you look hard enough in life, for help you will find it! I found it! No more alcohol for me. This blue solution has definitely changed my life. Without a doubt. I take it every day. 5 or 10 or 15 drops. How I am feeling. That's how I regulate it. I can not go a day without it now. Firstly 5 days on and 2 off. It's really changed my life for the best. My friend wants it asap. Please don't listen to anyone. You know your self if it's for you. I also have a ROJO.. . red light therapy panel. Using NIR on it. And, now going to incorporate C-60. This is the perfect triangle to achieve the greatest results. Wishing you all well. Welcome back old friend
I was told about Methylene Blue by a friend who happens to be a Naturopath. I chose to enquire further so I downloaded the audiobook "An Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue" by Dr. Grayson Owen. The audiobook contains more info than the Australian copy that is sent by Amazon - go figure. It turns out I had been using Mewthylene Blue as a boy of 4 years with my Mum in the form of the Blue Bags we would place in the water with Dad's white shirts back in the 60's, I also used it as a tropical fish breeder when I was a young lad of 14 years. I have been taking it for four weeks and I am 67 years old, it makes a difference from within the first hour of taking the first 10 mls. Like me, I suggest to start small, even 1 ml in the morning and work your way up slowly, it is important to play it safe. I hope it helps you.
