120-Day Return Policy: Customers may initiate a return within 120 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unopened and in good condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed at the discretion of Blootropic staff, depending on the circumstances of the return. This may include full or partial refunds or issuance of store credit.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Blootropic may provide prepaid shipping labels in certain cases.
Damaged or Defective Items: Customers must provide photo evidence of damaged or defective items to initiate the return process. Blootropic will review the evidence and determine an appropriate resolution.
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@blootropic.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied to returns.
