After using this product for 3-4 weeks I can say that it does in fact do what is claimed. The purity seems legit as impure Methylene blue can contain Heavy metals. The fact I am still kicking with no side effects leads me to believe the product is of high quality. Effects: The anti-brain fog effect is very noticeable and as a result a higher ability to focus follows. As a regular person can’t confirm the anti-Parkinson’s claims but there is scientific literature out there. It does have a stimulating effect, so I only take a single dose in the morning. I found, when I first started it was difficult to sleep when taken in the evening. The half-life I read is 5-7hrs so this makes sense. Additionally, FYI 5-7 hrs after taking it you will have a singlur blue urination, but before and after I have had normal colour urine. Dosage: I weigh roughly 90 kgs and take ~0.8ml in the morning and have found I still feel the effects. This dosage is far less (~half) than the recommended dose of Blootropic. So maybe try experimenting? Again not a doctor Additionally due to the half life, several online/youtube pharmacists presentations I’ve watched recommend having 1 day off per week but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Finally, it tastes like ass so a chaser drink or mixing it with a berocca might be a good idea. Hope this helps!

I was told about Methylene Blue by a friend who happens to be a Naturopath. I chose to enquire further so I downloaded the audiobook "An Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue" by Dr. Grayson Owen. The audiobook contains more info than the Australian copy that is sent by Amazon - go figure. It turns out I had been using Mewthylene Blue as a boy of 4 years with my Mum in the form of the Blue Bags we would place in the water with Dad's white shirts back in the 60's, I also used it as a tropical fish breeder when I was a young lad of 14 years. I have been taking it for four weeks and I am 67 years old, it makes a difference from within the first hour of taking the first 10 mls. Like me, I suggest to start small, even 1 ml in the morning and work your way up slowly, it is important to play it safe. I hope it helps you.

i have read that minimum daily dosage is 5mL which is 10 drops from the dropper of methylene blue. I just drop it right into my mouth - no mixing with any beverage. I don't mind seeing my tongue & teeth blue - i quite like it. I started with maybe 10-14 drops but my body told me it was too high a dose so i took a few days off methylene blue. I restarted with only 5 drops and i will see how my body reacts to this. Im not really sure if there are any positive effects - i can't tell at this early stage. I bought 2 x 100mL bottles so once i finish the first bottle i should have a better understanding of the effects. I can post another review if i remember. I decided to try Methylene Blue after reading the potential benefits. I decided to taste it straight… no comment haha Mixing it with a flavoured liquid makes it tasty.. I followed directions and built up to 2.2ml After I was on the desired dosage I felt changes to my health.. I have been on several medications for long term health issues and before I started Methylene blue i decided to try reducing my medicines.. of course I was warned not to stop my regular meds but i decided I knew better. Have added "Blue" to my work day morning stack. Got some 00 gelatine capsules and squeeze out 15 drops, pop the cap on and take with water. 60 minutes later, have a calm focus that lasts the whole day. I just take weekdays and would recommend adding a creatine supplementation at the same time. For me both Blue and creatine in the morning, adds up to full brain power for the work day and no need for that 1pm coffee. Still going strong 3 weeks in. ps. Do yourself a favour and use the gel caps - no-one wants a blue tongue or mouth.

Had good results using Blootrpoic for last 3+months now. Just ordered second batch. Only one small criticism, this second batch came with a dropper rather than a syringe…….I take my MB straight, I don’t like mixing it in liquid to swallow, don’t want the blue teeth/blue mouth look. Syringe is better to direct down back of throat, minimize staining. Impossible to use dropper and accuratley count 31 drops! That’s a hard no for me now. I’ll go through this batch and review where I source next time.

I can't drink coffee or energy drinks so I've been looking for something to boost my mornings for a very long time. Since starting on MB I now get a fantastic wake up in the morning, and again in the afternoon (I split my dose). I no longer suffer the afternoon slump and I am way more focused.
