All orders are dispatched through Australia Post from our Melbourne Warehouse. Pick up isn't available.
Orders are dispatched to Australia Post Monday-Friday around 8am.
We endeavour to process and pack orders within 1-2 business days. Below delivery times do not include processing and packing.

Australian Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Same state (Victoria): 2-4 business days, Interstate: 3-6 business days
FREE for all orders over $110 AUD - Express Shipping: Same state (Victoria): 1-2 business days, Interstate: 1-3 business days

International Shipping
International shipping is only available for New Zealand.
Blootropic is not responsible for any order that is refused or not released by customs due to legal restrictions or import regulations in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the purchased products comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs requirements.

- New Zealand Standard: 4-10 days
- New Zealand Express: 2-7 days

Shipping Costs:
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment costs. Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
- In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us by clicking on the chat button at the bottom of our website and provide your order number.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@blootropic.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
